Quality control begins with a strict selection of reliable suppliers. Next, all the goods undergo a careful entry check and exit check.

For the perfect maturing of the cheeses, nothing is left to chance. The temperature and the air humidity of our warehouses are strictly monitored. It is also possible for our clients to follow these processes online, and in doing so track the maturing of your cheeses in a transparent way. The cheeses are treated automatically, according to a maintenance system that is set beforehand. In addition, our inspectors closely monitor the process by means of visual checks. All of this is guaranteed by various quality systems such as: BRC at A level, IFS at higher level, Product and Process certification and Skal.

We consider quality control as a continuous process in order to supply cheeses of the highest quality achievable, so that your product will stand out on the market.
